Mansur Arif Shamsi Joined PROFOH in 2019 and is designated as Country Director for India and UAE. He is presently the Chairman for UAE and the Gulf Nations and has been working  quite diligently for the cause of Humanitarian Social Upliftment for past several years. 

As a purpose driven-person with strong leadership skills, Mansur has more than two decade’s effort and contributions in being engaged in freelance journalism, education, training, project management, cluster development for economic empowerment and the well-being of vulnerable populations.
