REEM BSAISO - Chairperson
Reem Bsaiso is the current Chairperson of the Board of Directors. A woman of enormous substance for her life of service to humanity educated and trained in Jordan, the United States, and the Netherlands. Ms. Bsaiso is also Senior Consultant of global influence with a specialty in Public Reform; her expertise includes ICT in Education and national training schemes, working with international agencies on ICT in Education in the MENA region, such as World Bank, UNESCO, and EU Investment Bank. Reem is a leading authority on Knowledge Economy for Human Capital. She served as Chief Executive Officer of World Links Arab Region that covers 22 countries and World Links International, a nonprofit organization initiated by the World Bank Group committed to spreading and merging ICT and knowledge economy skills in education and training of youth and women. She also mentored for Santa Clara University in the United States. She currently sits on the Board of several international organizations which include, Member of the UNESCO (Headquarters Paris) Advisory Panel of Experts on Debt Swaps Innovative Approaches to Education Financing, and Private-Public Partnerships (PPP),Global Education Initiative (GEI) Technical Advisory Group and Partnerships for Education (PfE) , Member of the UNESCO International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED), Review Committee of Arab Countries (Qatar), Advisory Board Member of the United Planet Boston, United States. The Global Thinkers Forum United Kingdom and Ambassador for Performance through People International, Scotland, Official Jordanian Delegate at President Barak Obama Presidential Summit on Entrepreneurial. She was also among PROFOH delegation at the Global Thinker’s Forum’s Humanitarian Organization of the Year for 2013 Athens Greece. She has received several Awards and Honors including the 2010 nomination for the World Economic Forum (WEF), Social Entrepreneurs of the Year for the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Region. As a high profile, public speaker, Reem has delivered papers and made presentation across the Arab region, , United States, France, The Netherlands, Greece and a host of other countries. She is fluent in spoken and written Arabic, English and French. She is married with children and lives in Amman, Jordan.

KAMA GBEMUOTOR- Executive Director
Kama Gbemuotor is a Nigerian and founding Board member of the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in international Law from Anglo American University in Prague, Czech Republic and a Masters in Law from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He had additional training as a Physician Assistant, public health administration, emergency care and medical microbiology. He possesses 20 years of international development interventions with additional experience in all aspects of non-profit administration, cross cultural appreciation and sensitivity. He has delivered several lectures and attended international workshops and conferences across the globe. He is widely traveled throughout Africa, Europe, and South America.
He is the Executive Director of the organization and has represented the organization at international events, such as the United Nations conferences/workshops in Marrakesh, Morocco; Amman, Jordan; Dubai, UAE; Athen, Greece, etc He has received several letters of commendation/goodwill messages from world leaders like President George H. Bush,, President Bill Clinton, Mr. Koffi Annan former Secretary General of United Nations.
He internationalized the operations of PROFOH to twelve different countries. He has furthered the education of many students from West Africa. Since 2010, Kama has been helping the Royal Commonwealth Society London in the promotion of their programs to schools and teachers in Ghana and Nigeria. Additionally, he has represented several universities from Malaysia, the United States, Canada, etc in West Africa. In July 2012, he served as the regional coordinator for West and Central Africa (25 countries) for the United Nations Convention Against Corruption Coalition (UNCAC).
He currently sits on the Board of several organizations across the globe. These include: Stand Up Project based in London, Grow International with headquarters in Washington, DC. Others are in Ghana, Czech Republic, Nigeria, etc. Kama is a certified United Nations Volunteer with Roster No.484254. He speaks German, Czech and currently resides in Accra, Ghana.

CLIFF JARRELL
Cliff Henry Jarrell is a founding Board member of PROFOH. He is an American missionary from the State of Mississippi with more than 30 years experience within the social and health care delivery system. Cliff is well versed in agriculture, engineering, construction and management development with proven achievement in difficult situations, cross-cultural environments with a focus on hospital administration, orphaned and vulnerable, child care, etc.
He originally inspired the establishment of organization during his time as Business Manager at the Nigerian Christian Hospital (NCH) in Abia State, Nigeria.
He also served in various executive positions in the United States and across West Africa (Ivory Coast, Ghana, etc) in areas of development. Jarrell has conducted several humanitarian missions in Ghana and Nigeria.
He has won several awards, delivered lectures in Nigeria and Ghana. Mr. Jarrell graduated from the University of Nebraska and New York State Universities in the United States. He is the Chairman of the Global Foundation for Orphaned Children, Nigeria a sister organization to PROFOH. He is married with children, speaks English, German and French and currently resides in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

BARANEN GBAANADOR
Gbaranen Gbaanador, has a Nigerian-American background and has been known for his life of service to many in the United States and Africa. He is driven by a passion to deliver medical aid to the undeserved and marginalized people of developing countries and has led numerous medical missions to several countries in Africa and the Caribbean.
He served as Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Texas, Health Science Center-Houston Medical School until leaving to commit fully to medical missions. As a Board member of PROFOH, Prof. Gbaanador has provided unprecedented leadership for the growth of the organization and also led the PROFOH delegation to Athens, Greece for the 2013 Humanitarian Organization of the Year award given by Global Thinkers Forum.
He graduated with Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, completed his general surgery residency at the Department of Surgery, Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska.
He then obtained a fellowship in Trauma and Critical Care at Maryland Institute of Emergency Medical Services Systems (MIEMSS) of the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine, in Baltimore, Maryland before joining the faculty of the Department of Surgery of the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. Prof. Gbaanador has been certified by the American Board of Surgery in general surgery and surgical critical care since 1991 and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeon. He is married and blessed with five children.

BRIAN M.CAMAZINE
Brian M.Camazine is an American that has been described by Katie Moore of Doctor’s Review-Journal, as a “MAN ON A MISSION” referring to his practicing surgery on three continents – North America, Africa, and South America. Dr.Camazine can “walk on water” when it comes to bold and innovative surgery. He graduated from Harvard Medical School and certified by the American Board of Surgery in general and thoracic surgery.
He received additional training to include Surgical Education: Principles and Practice, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Video-assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery, Laparoscopy/Laser Training, etc. Camazine serves as a professor of surgery in several institutions including NCH, University of Arizona, Harvard University Extension School, Texas A&M Health Science Center, etc. His research journey has taken him to Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and Beth Israel Hospital.
Dr. Camazine is also on the Board of several nonprofit groups including International Health Care Foundation and is the founder and President of Earthwide Surgical Foundation, a partner organization to PROFOH. Dr Camazine has 30 years of experience as a missionary surgeon, served in several African and South American countries. He will do anything and everything to save his patients including donating his own blood to anemic patients to enable them to undergo critical life-saving surgeries. He has several publications on Medical and Health Care Delivery, Basic Science and Volunteerism, and made presentations in the US, Nigeria, Mexico, Israel, and Bolivia. Dr Camazine has received several honors and awards, including the prestigious President’s Call to Service Award, President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation, letters of Commendation from Eku Baptist Hospital and Nigerian Christian Hospital, both in Nigeria, Illustrious Person Award City of San Lucas, Bolivia, Commendation for Exceptional Performance-Department of the Army, US, American Academy of Family Physicians Teaching Award ,etc .He is married with children and lives in Texas.

MARKUS VON-HAVE
Markus Von-Have is German and a founding Board member of PROFOH with over 15 years experience in change management, corporate sector engagement and sustainable development in several countries including Nigeria, South Africa, etc. Mr. Von-Have is also a certified project manager with excellent track record of managing European Union (EU) funds on European Social Fund Projects in the area of business improvement districts in Hamburg, Germany. His record with the private sector in Germany has been exemplary.
He has considerable experience in establishing and managing developmental interventions and partnerships with a passion to reach the vulnerable populations globally.
He has also represented PROFOH at international gatherings such as the United Nations Conferences of States Parties in Marrakech, Morocco, and NGOs briefing at the UN office in Vienna, Austria.. Markus holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics and Social Science from Leuphana University Luneburg in Germany. He has conducted several case studies and authored a few books including; How complexity can be managed-Nigeria and sustainability management. He is fluent in English and Greek, married and lives in Hamburg, Germany

ANGELA CHESTER-JOHNSON
Angela Chester-Johnson is an American, she also the current Chief Executive Officer for GROW International Inc. GROW International exists to help women and children in agriculture/aquaculture to achieve physical, emotional, and economic wellness through training, technology, and cross–cultural exchanges.
She has enjoyed a long career in international affairs, public policy and human development. Ms. Chester-Johnson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Morgan State University, and a Masters in Public Administration from California State University; with a focus in Public and International Policy. Angela has traveled the world extensively in service of private and governmental clients in development arena. She has spent almost two decades in support of the elevation of women and children worldwide, through literature, policy, training and entrepreneurship.
She has also represented PROFOH at international gatherings such as the IMF/World Bank Spring meeting in Washington, DC, the Global Thinker’s Forum’s Humanitarian Organization of the Year for 2013 Athens, Greece, etc. She is the author of several children’s literary works; and is a published author of two books: Fierce and Fabulous; Whispers of Wisdom in Times of Change and Mack and Missy – an early reader fiction, exemplifying strong family values. She additionally authored a series of travel pamphlets entitled “Kicking It on the Continent”. Angela is a global public speaker, has served on numerous panels, and guest speaker on radio and TV shows.
Ms. Chester –Johnson has consulted for the Corporate Council on Africa, The Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS) The United States Embassy in Burkina Faso and Senegal. She served the city of Oakland as its Children’s Services Coordinator; the Program Quality Chief for the District of Columbia’s Office of Health and Human Services and most recently was Project Coordinator at John Hopkins University Center of Technology and Education ,etc She speaks English and French and lives in Washington DC with her husband.

CONRADO JOSE ORDONEZ
Conrado Jose Ordonez is an American who brings vibrancy and nearly 10 years of international medicine experience. His first volunteer work was with Child Family Health International which took him to the four regions of Oaxaca State, Mexico in 2006. As a Board member, he has conducted several medical missions to Nigeria and recently to Honduras Dr. Ordonez graduated from Texas State University-San Marcos and UT-Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, and Texas A&M University Family Medicine Residency program. Dr. Ordonez passion for international medicine has been profound and exemplary and his recent medical mission trip with PROFOH in Taraba and Rivers states of Nigeria was a testimony of that philosophy. He has supported several nonprofit groups to provide quality access to vulnerable populations. A regular financial supporter of Doctors Without Borders to enable that organization provides the much-needed health care for underserved people globally before joining PROFOH.
Dr Ordonez is fluent in Spanish and has demonstrated leadership to take the organization to Spanish speaking countries. He has also represented PROFOH at international gatherings such as the IMF/World Bank Spring meeting in Washington, DC. He lives in Texas.

MILENA MESANOVIC
Milena Mesanovic is a Serbian, with nearly 20 years experience in corporate management and innovation, She has also worked in some of Europe leading media groups in Belgrade, Prague, etc. From her graduate years at the University Milena she stood out as a strong advocate of Africa development with a passion to support and assist girls and women, she has been dubbed an African Serbian and equally conferred honorary citizen of Africa by her close friends.
Ms. Mesanovic holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Anglo American University in the Prague Czech Republic and further training at DDB Prague and BBDO in Paris. She also had additional training in Warsaw, Poland, Vienna, Austria, Belgrade Serbia, etc in agency, finance, marketing and leadership. She had fulfilling years with corporate sector as she served as the managing director of Mark DDBO in Prague and later rose to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the firm.
Milena is a respected trainer, mentor and a coach in corporate management, capacity building, innovation and leadership. Through these years, she has championed programs that would assist children in Serbia and assisted UNICEF during the floods that devastated Serbia in 2013 .As a PROFOH Board member she has campaigned and dedicated efforts to assist survivors of the recent Nepal earthquake of 2015. She is fluent several European languages including English, Czech, Croatian, Italian, etc; Milena currently resides in Prague, Czech Republic.
